1. Check your phone’s signal
• Make sure your phone has a strong signal (3G, 4G, LTE Etc)
• If signal is weak, move to area with better signal
2. Check if recipient has blocked you
• Ask the recipient if he/she has blocked you from sending messages
• Ask a mutual contact to check if recipient has blocked you
• Ask the recipient to send you a test text – if unable to, he/she has probably blocked you
3. Update your Messaging App
• Check to see if any updates are available
• Download any available updates and re-check if messages are sending
4. Check if your message was sent correctly
• If your messages appear in your outbox, but not the recipient’s inbox, the message may have not been delivered
• If this happens, re-send the message
5. Check Storage Space Availability
• Make sure you have enough storage space on your phone to receive text messages
• If storage space is full, delete unnecessary files and check if you can receive text messages
6. Check Network Settings
• Make sure that the network settings on your phone are correct
• Re-scan the network and check if messages are able to be sent/received
7. Check Third Party Apps
• Make sure you don’t have any Third party messaging apps running
• Disable any unnecessary applications
• Check if messages are able to be sent/received
