1. Verify that the computer is plugged into a power outlet and there is a power source.
2. Check if there are any messages displayed on the monitor.
3. If the monitor is blank, check the power button on the monitor to make sure its not off.
4. Press and hold the power button on the computer for 10 to 12 seconds.
5. If the computer does not power on, then unplug the power cable from the wall, wait for 10 seconds and plug it back in.
6. If the issue persists, try a different power cable.
7. If the computer still does not turn on, it is likely a hardware issue and a technician should be consulted.
