Why is there no signal on my Smart TV when using an HDMI cable?

  1. Verify that the TV is switched to the correct HDMI port and that the cable is securely connected.
  2. Make sure the cable is plugged in tightly at both ends.
  3. Check if all connected devices are powered on.
  4. Try different HDMI ports on the TV.
  5. Check the source device for additional settings needed to allow signal.
  6. Disconnect the HDMI cable from the TV and reconnect.
  7. Restart the TV.
  8. Test with a different HDMI cable.
  9. Perform a reset on the TV.
