Why is there a delay in response when I use the remote with my Smart TV?

Make sure that the remote is paired correctly with your Smart TV:

  1. Confirm that the remote is within 10 feet of the TV and including line of sight
  2. The batteries should be replaced
  3. Check that nothing is blocking the sensors on the TV and the remote
  4. If the remote is paired to set-top box, make sure the remote is in the correct mode before controlling the TV
  5. Perform a power cycle on the TV and the remote
  6. Check your Smart TV’s manual for troubleshooting suggestions
