Make sure that the remote is paired correctly with your Smart TV:
- Confirm that the remote is within 10 feet of the TV and including line of sight
- The batteries should be replaced
- Check that nothing is blocking the sensors on the TV and the remote
- If the remote is paired to set-top box, make sure the remote is in the correct mode before controlling the TV
- Perform a power cycle on the TV and the remote
- Check your Smart TV’s manual for troubleshooting suggestions
