Why is there a buzzing or humming noise coming from my Smart TV?

  1. Check that your cable or satellite box is securely connected to your TV.

  2. Turn off the power on each device and then turn it on again

  3. Check that the audio settings on your TV are set to the correct input.

  4. Check the audio connections in the back of your TV, between the source (e.g. cable or satellite box) and the TV, and the audio output (e.g. amplifier or headset socket).

  5. If possible, connect your device to another TV to check that the noise issue is with the device and not with your TV.
