Why is the volume on my Smart TV not working properly?

  1. Check that all cables (HDMI, power, optical, etc) are properly connected and working.
  2. Verify that the TV has the latest software version installed.

  3. Check the audio settings and sound mode to make sure it is adjusted correctly.
  4. If using external speakers, verify that these are connected properly and verify volume level.
