Why is the color on my Smart TV screen distorted?

1. Check the video cables, ensure that they are connected correctly and all cables are firmly in place.
2. Reset the TV to its original factory settings.
3. Adjust the TV’s brightness, contrast and other screen settings.
4. Check that the TV is set to the correct input or streaming device.
5. Can the video issue be resolved by using a different streaming device?
