Why is the audio out of sync with the video on my Smart TV?

1. Check the content’s source and make sure it’s not from an external device (e.g. USB or Blu-ray)
2. Ensure that the audio from the TV speakers is set to its default volume
3. Check the connection type of your display source and confirm that it is compatible with the TV
4. Disable any surround sound, audio processing or output settings on your sound system
5. Reselect your HDMI or source device port and/or disconnect and reconnect all HDMI cables
6. Run the display auto-tuning on your TV or try a factory reset.
