Why is Outlook not showing the correct time or date for my recurring calendar appointments or events?

1) Check that the time zone is set correctly:

  1. Go to File > Options > Calendar
  2. t
  3. Look for the time zone setting and set it to your current time zone.
  4. Save your changes.

2) Check that DST (Daylight Savings Time) is correctly accounted for:
  1. Once again, go to File > Options > Calendar.
  2. Look for the DST setting and make sure that it is enable or disabled based on your current time zone.
  3. Save your changes.

3) Uncheck the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time option:
  1. Go to the Windows Control Panel.
  2. Look for Date and Time & click on change settings.
  3. Uncheck the Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving time checkbox.
