Why is Outlook not showing the correct sender or recipient for my received emails?


  1. Check that the sender or recipient has not been incorrectly masked in the View Settings
  2. Check the Outlook address book for the correct name
  3. Check mail rules and see if any of them are causing an issue
  4. Check if Spam filtering is enabled for your account
  5. Reset the Cached Address Book
  6. Disable automatic name resolution in Outlook
