Below is a list of steps to help organize your notebooks
- Open OneNote – To open OneNote, select the Start button, type OneNote in the search box, and then select OneNote from the results.
- Navigate to Notebooks list – At the top of the page, select Notebooks to open the list of notebooks associated with your account.
- Group Notebooks – Group notebooks and sections together by dragging and dropping them into different sections.
- Reorder Notebooks – Once you have grouped everything in the notebooks list, you can choose to rearrange them by clicking and dragging the notebooks and sections to create your desired order.
- Rename Notebooks – If necessary, you can also rename notebooks and sections by right clicking on their name and selecting Rename.
