Why is my OneNote not responding to my tablet pen’s eraser on Windows 10?
Check the device driver settings for the pen to ensure that eraser pen input is enabled
If the above does not work, try restarting the PC or unplug and then re-plug the pen
Check to make sure that OneNote is up to date and that the Mac OS is up to date with the latest updates
Try disabling tablet PC input services, and then re-enable them
If the issue persists, try resetting the OneNote application
