Why isn’t OneNote recognizing my touch gestures on a touchscreen device?
Ensure that you have a compatible touchscreen device.
Make sure that your device’s drivers, touch and/or stylus input are updated.
Adjust the sensitivity of the touchscreen settings.
If you’re using a passive stylus, try switching to an active stylus.
Enable gestures such as pinch, zoom, and scroll.
Try restarting your device.
Check the Notification area or Action Center to see if there are any new notifications regarding OneNote.
