1. Navigate to the table that is not allowing you to edit or delete
2. Check if the table is locked
3. If the table is locked, click on the lock icon and select the option to unlock the table
4. Once the table is unlocked, try editing or deleting the table again
5. If the problem persists, you may need to restart the application
