Why is OneDrive showing errors when trying to access files from a second account?


  1. Check the OneDrive account is also signed in to the online version of Office.
  2. Check the OneDrive account has enough storage space.
  3. Look and see what files are available to sync.
  4. Check the permissions settings.
  5. Try signing out of the second OneDrive account and then signing back in.
  6. Try restarting the computer.
