Why is OneDrive showing conflicting versions of a file after editing on different devices?


  1. Check if both devices have the app installed and that you are signed in with the same Microsoft account.
  2. Check if all devices are connected to the Internet.
  3. Make sure the file hasn’t been edited by two people at once.
  4. Upload one of the edited versions of the file again, or merge the two versions manually.
  5. Force sync the app and check if the changes are visible.
