Why is OneDrive not showing some of my synced folders or files?

If OneDrive is not showing some of your synced folders or files, please complete the following steps:


  1. Check for Sync errors. Open Sync Center and review your sync results.
  2. Make sure your files aren’t excluded. Go to your OneDrive folder and press F5 to refresh.
  3. Check online to see if your files or folders are where you expect. Log in to OneDrive.com to see if your files were synced.
  4. Check your storage. See how much available storage space you have.
  5. Check Recycle Bin. See if any of the missing files were moved to the Recycle Bin.
  6. Sync new folders. Synchronize a new folder, or sync again.
