It can be difficult to get a shared document to recognize changes made to it. Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:
- Refresh the page: Reload the page or pressing F5 to make sure you’re seeing the latest version of the file.
- Check with other contributors: Make sure that other contributors to the document have saved their changes by checking with them directly.
- Force the sync process: If changes made by others you can’t see in the document, try initiating a sync process. To do that, open the document in the Office app and select File > Sync.
