1. Check to make sure the router is turned on and connected to a power source.
2. Make sure the Wifi is connected to your device.

1. Open Network and Sharing Center (Right-click the network icon in your taskbar)
2. Click Change adapter settings on the left-hand side
3. Check your wifi connection says Connected in the status column

3. Check to make sure your laptop’s wireless adapter is enabled.

1. Press the Windows key and type device manager
2. Locate your laptop's wireless network adapter under the Network Adapters section
3. Right-click on the device icon and then click Enable

4. Restart your laptop.
5. Update the Network Driver.
