- Unplug the modem and/or router from power for at least 10 seconds, then plug back in.
- Check all physical connections – from the modem and/or router to the wall outlet, and from your device to the modem and/or router.
- Reset the modem and/or router.
- Run the Network Troubleshooting tool from the Settings menu of your device.
- Run diagnostics software or contact your device manufacturer for help.
