Why is my Wi-Fi network connected but no internet access?

  1. Check if relevant cables are plugged in and connected securely.
  2. Reboot the router and modem. Unplug them and wait 30 seconds, then plug them back in.
  3. Check if DNS settings are correct.
  4. Check if the network settings, wireless settings, and security settings of the router are correct and match the device you are connecting.
  5. Check if the range extender is causing cellular issues, and disable it from the network settings.
  6. Switch to another frequency or a different router if issues persist.
