Check that your Smart TV is connected to a working power outlet. Make sure that the appliance is getting enough power.
- Check your remote batteries and try replacing them with new ones.
- Make sure your remote was not placed near metal objects, infrared devices, or large speakers as they can cause interference.
- Use the power button on the Smart TV itself if you are unable to use the remote.
- Check that your device is not in Eco mode, or any other mode which may prevent it from turning off.
