Why is my Smart TV not responding to voice commands?

  1. Check that the microphone on your remote control is enabled and in the on-position.
  2. Make sure that the remote and Smart TV device are within close physical range with no obstructions.
  3. Try speaking in a normal tone of voice and speak clearly and directly toward the microphone.
  4. If the microphone is still not responding to voice commands, disconnect the power cord from the Smart TV device, wait 10 seconds, and plug the cord in again.
  5. If the issue is still not resolved, reboot the router or modem that the Smart TV device is connected to.
