What list of things would I do?
- Verify that your TV’s accessories and cables such as the batteries in the remote, the power cable, and the HDMI cable are properly connected and functioning.
- If not, try replugging the power cable to the TV.
- Check if it will respond to a Power Reset. On most smart TVs, this can be done by holding down the Power or U+SELECT button for 15-30 seconds.
- Try holding down the menu button of the TV itself, then press the same button one more time.
- If the issue persists, please contact your TV manufacturer.
