Why is my Smart TV not responding to my wireless keyboard or mouse?

1. Check if the keyboard or mouse is on and connected (via USB, Bluetooth, etc).
2. Check if the TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the device.
3. Try restarting both the device and TV.
4. Clear any temporary caches or data from the device.
