Why is my Smart TV not responding to Alexa or Google Home commands?

1. Make sure that your TV is compatible with either Google Home or Amazon Echo.
2. Check to make sure both the TV and Google Home / Amazon Echo are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
3. Ensure that you have enabled Voice Control within the settings in the remote.
4. If using an Alexa device, you may need to enable the Smart Home Skills within the Alexa app.
5. Some TVs might require you to assign a pin code when connecting to the Alexa device.
