Why is my Smart TV not recognizing any of my HDMI inputs?
- Check all cables. Be sure to double check that both ends of your HDMI cables are securely plugged into your devices and the TV.
- Confirm TV source or input setting. Use your TV’s remote or physical buttons to make sure the ‘source’ is set to the input you are trying to use.
- Check for Firmware Updates. Connect your TV to the internet to search for and install any available firmware updates.
- Perform a Power Cycle. Turn off your TV and unplug any HDMI cables or other devices. Let the TV remain unplugged for 2 minutes before plugging everything back in.
- Call Tech Support. If none of the steps above have resolved the issue, contact your TV manufacturer’s technical support team.
