Why is my Smart TV not receiving any audio or video from my connected device?

1. Check all connections to make sure the cables are connected securely.
2. Check that the volume is turned up and set to the right source.
3. Try a different HDMI port on the TV or a different HDMI cable.
4. Adjust the TV picture settings.
5. Make sure the TV and the connected device are on the same network.
6. Reset the TV to factory settings.
