Here are things you can do to try and get your Smart TV to pick up channels during a channel scan:
- Check the antenna connection to your television.
- Check the back of the TV and make sure there are no loose connections.
- Verify your television antenna is properly connected.
- Check your antenna’s coaxial connection.
- Test other channels on your TV to make sure the problem is limited to one channel scan.
- Check if your TV is set to the correct channel range settings.
- Rescan for channels on your TV.
