- Verify your TV’s settings
Check the Display Aspect Ratio, Picture Size, and Video Source settings in your TV’s settings, and make sure they are configured correctly.
- Verify your HDMI connection
Make sure the HDMI connection is properly secured and connected correctly. You may even want to try a different HDMI cable just in case!
- Verify video source settings
If you are using an external device (e.g., Blu-ray player) to stream video, try configuring the video source settings on the device.
- Perform a reset on your Smart TV
A reset of your Smart TV may often times prove to be beneficial in fixing minor bugs and glitches.
