1. Check if the USB drive is connected to the television properly.
2. Check if the TV input is set to the HDMI port used for the USB connection.
3. Make sure the USB drive is not password protected and is formatted to work with the TV.
4. Ensure the USB drive does not exceed the USB memory device capacity supported by the TV.
5. Try plugging the USB into a different port to make sure it isn’t a problem with the particular port.
