Check the following to get your Smart TV working with your USB device:
1. Check compatibility: Make sure your USB device is compatible with your Smart TV model.
2. Check connection: Ensure you are connecting the USB device to the correct port/slot on your Smart TV. It can sometimes be difficult to tell where the device should be connected.
3. Restart device: Unplug the USB device itself, as well as the Smart TV, and plug both back in.
4. Check for updates: If all else fails, it could be a driver issue. Navigate to your Smart TV’s Settings menu, and check for updates.
