- Check that the Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer
- Check that the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the TV and computer
- If using Windows 10, make sure you are on the same network and Allow access to the TV
- If using Mac OS, make sure you are on the same Wi-Fi network and Mirror Display is enabled
- Restart the Wi-Fi router and both the devices
- Update both drivers and firmware to the latest version
- Reinstall the compatible video and audio drivers
- Check on the TV settings whether the HDMI input must be selected manually
