Why is my Smart TV not displaying any content from my computer?

  1. Check that the Smart TV is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer

  2. Check that the HDMI cable is firmly connected to both the TV and computer

  3. If using Windows 10, make sure you are on the same network and Allow access to the TV

  4. If using Mac OS, make sure you are on the same Wi-Fi network and Mirror Display is enabled

  5. Restart the Wi-Fi router and both the devices

  6. Update both drivers and firmware to the latest version

  7. Reinstall the compatible video and audio drivers

  8. Check on the TV settings whether the HDMI input must be selected manually
