- Check if the Smart TV is connected to the internet
Make sure your Smart TV is connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi.
- Check if Smart Hub needs to be updated
Depending on your Smart TV model, search for and select any available updates for your Smart Hub programs.
Check if the Apps are installed
Make sure the desired apps are installed. If not, go to the App store and search for the apps to download and install them.- Refresh the Smart Hub
