Make sure that you are connected to the internet and that the connection is strong enough.
- Check that your smart TV is compatible with the app: Check the manufacturer’s website for a compatibility list.
- Check for software updates: If updates are available, install them.
- Uninstall and reinstall the app: In the store, uninstall the app first and then reinstall it.
- Restart the TV: Unplug the TV and plug it back in. Make sure the plug is securely connected.
