First, check to make sure your Smart TV is connected to your Internet-enabled router via an Ethernet cable, or make sure the Wi-Fi is enabled.
- Check the router and modem connections are secure.
- Reboot your router and modem, and then your Smart TV.
- Verify the Wi-Fi signal strength is strong where your Smart TV is located.
- Ensure that the network name and security key are entered correctly on your Smart TV.
- If your router supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz connections, try connecting your Smart TV to just one of the two.
- Disable any MAC Address filtering or parental controls on your router.
