- Check your broadband connection. If it’s lower than 3-4Mbps, the problem may lie with that.
- Make sure your Smart TV has the latest firmware updates. It’s usually best to connect via your home Wi-Fi network.
- Clear the memory of your Smart TV. Often times, issues such as freezing and lagging can be solved through deactivating the TV and clearing its memory.
- Reset the Smart TV. Turn it off, unplug it from the wall, then plug it back in and turn it back on.
