Why is my Smart TV displaying an error message?

Press steps to troubleshoot:

  1. Check for loose connections between the TV and its power source.
    Ensure the power cord is securely inserted into the TV and the outlet.
  2. Verify you are connected to a network.
    If connected through an ethernet cable, ensure the cable is inserted firmly in the TV and router.
  3. Restart your TV.
    Press the power button in the remote or on the TV itself to turn it off, unplug the TV then plug it back in.
  4. Reinstall software.
    Look for the software reinstall options in the settings menu.
