It is possible that your shared screen is appearing in a Teams channel meeting due to the bandwidth or internet connection. To help improve the clarity of your shared screen, consider the following:
- Connect to a stable internet connection.
- If possible, connect to a faster bandwidth internet connection.
- Adjust your webcam video settings.
- Share a different application – such as a web browser, instead of a full desktop. This may improve clarity and reduce bandwidth usage.
- Adjust video or audio settings in Manage Participant Settings.
