Why is my printer spooling and not printing?

  1. Check the Printer Settings

    Open the printer settings and verify that the device is connected to the correct source. Check if the correct paper and size is selected in the settings.

  2. Check Paper Supply

    Make sure that the paper tray is properly loaded with the correct size and type of paper and there is an adequate supply of paper in the tray.

  3. Check Printer Connections

    Make sure that the printer is properly connected to your network or device. Ensure that all the cables are firmly connected to the ports, and that all the printing tasks are in line.

  4. Restart the Printer

    Turn the printer off and unplug it from the power source. Wait for about a minute and then plug it back in and turn it on.

  5. Update Printer Driver

    Download the latest drivers from the manufacturer website and install them on your device. Make sure to verify that the version is compatible with your operating system.
