1. Check that your printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your computer.

2. Ensure that your printer is set as the default printer on your computer.

3. Update the printer drivers on your computer, if necessary.

4. If you have a wireless printer, it may help to turn off the printer and your router, then turn them on again.

5. If your printer is connected to your computer via a USB cable, try unplugging the cable and reconnecting it.

6. Run the printer troubleshooter on your computer, if available.
