1. Make sure the correct type of cartridge is installed and is compatible with the printer
2. Clean the printerheads using a lint-free cloth
3. Check the printer’s software settings to make sure it is using the correct ink settings4. Check the cartridges for clogs or air bubbles in the tubing
5. Replace the ink cartridges with a new set of cartridges
