< 1 min read

  1. Check the printer settings

Ensure the media type is set for the paper being used, if it's set to a lower quality, quality lines or graphics may be missing.

  2. Check the ink levels

If any of the cartridges are below the lower ink level, replace them.

  3. Inspect the printer tray

Ensure the paper is loaded correctly in the tray and make sure no paper is jammed in the printer.

  4. Check Printer Settings

Ensure the print quality is set to your desired level, higher resolutions will provide greater picture resolution.

  5. Perform maintenance

Perform routine printer maintenance regularly; use the printer's Contol-Panel menu and run the cleaning cycle.

  6. Check the printhead

Examine the printhead for residue buildup, and use water and a cloth to clean any dust or debris from the head.
