1. Check the page setup settings and page orientation:
a. Select File > Page Setup.
b. Make sure that the correct paper size and orientation is selected in the Page Setup window. 2. Make sure that the paper you are using is loaded correctly.
a. Consult your printer’s user guide to learn how to properly load the paper.
b. Check the paper tray for any jams or obstructions.3. Reset your printer's settings.
a. Select Printer > Reset All Defaults.
b. Click the Reset Defaults option and try printing the document again.4. Clean out print queue.
a. In the Printer menu, select Cancel All Documents. 5. Restart your printer.
a. Unplug your printer's power cable.
b. Wait at least 30 seconds, then plug it back in and turn the printer back on.
