1. Check that the paper is not creased, curled, folded or wrinkled.
2. Check that the paper is not too thick or thin.
3. Check the condition of the ink cartridges.
4. Check printer settings and adjust as required.
5. Clean the printheads with some rubbing alcohol.
6. Reset the printer and try printing again.
