The following list of steps should be tried if your printer is not scanning to your computer or email:
- Check that the printer is powered on and properly connected to the computer.
- Verify that the printer has the most up to date software or firmware installed.
- Ensure that necessary drivers are installed correctly.
- Disable any type of firewalls that may inhibit communication between the printer and the computer.
- Restart the printer, computer, and any other (wireless) access points.
