1. Check to see if your printer is properly connected to the network or device.

4. Test printing from an application to make sure it is connected and working.
5. Print a network configuration page from the printer to make sure it is connecting to the same network as your device.
6. Try updating the printer’s firmware to make sure it is compatible with your device’s operating system.
7. Make sure you have the latest driver software installed for your printer.
