If your printer does not respond to your cancel a print job, try these steps:

1. Check your printer's connections.
2. Make sure your printer is turned on.
3. Check if there is an error message on your printer’s display.
4. Cancel the print job from a print queue, or through the printer’s control panel.
5. Restart your computer and your printer.
