1. Check if the printer is set to the 'default' setting in the printer's preference.
2. Make sure the printer has an up-to-date driver installed.
3. Check that the printer is online and connected to the same network as the device being used to print.
4. Check to make sure the printer is not set to 'offline' mode.
5. Make sure the printer is set as the default printer on the device.
6. Check settings and/or settings in the browser for specific printing options.
7. Clear the browser’s cache and cookies.
8. Try printing from a different web browser.
