1. Make sure the printer is connected to a power source.
2.If connected by USB, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.
3. If using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is properly connected to the Wi-Fi network.
4. Reboot the printer and computer.
5. Confirm that the paper is loaded correctly and that there is enough ink in the cartridges.
6. Install or update the printer driver, as well as the Operating System or any application specific printer drivers, such as software for printing photos.
7. Check the printer’s queue. If there are multiple documents waiting to print, try and delete them. If a single document is stuck, remove it and then attempt to print again.
